"Driven by a passion to capture unique moments, fleeting light, breathtaking landscapes and fulfilling the desire to explore the wilderness areas of Planet Earth, I endeavour to evoke an emotion through my photography and portray the essence of magical moments in time. Born with an appreciation for the outdoors, I thrive on photographic exploration in search of unique perspectives. I am a landscape and wildlife photographer from Johannesburg in South Africa.
Many of my images and articles have been published worldwide, in both local and international magazines and newspapers, including cover images for the Getaway, Natural History and Go! Magazines, numerous portfolios, assignments and editorial work for Wild Magazine, Africa Geographic, Go!, Natural History, Birdlife South Africa and Getaway publications. I have provided many images to calendar publishers locally and internationally, as well as brochure cover images for Thompsons Travel, images for postcards for the Namibian Embassy and many more.
My greatest accolade to date is winning the Landscape category of the 2015 Nature's Best Photography Africa competition, of which the photograph appeared in the 20 Year Celebration of Natures Best International Exhibition held in Washington, USA."
